About Tmailor
Tmailor is a free temp mail service that gives you an instant, receive-only inbox for OTPs, sign-ups, and verification, without exposing your real email. We have built and operated it independently since 2022.
Our mission
We believe signing up for things online should not cost you your privacy. Tmailor keeps spam, trackers, and data leaks away from your primary inbox by giving you disposable addresses that just work: free, fast, and with no registration.
Built and operated since 2022
Tmailor has run as an independent temp mail service since 2022, delivering instant, receive-only inboxes across 500+ active domains on the web and through dedicated iOS, Android, and Telegram apps. Messages arrive in real time, and inboxes auto-expire after about 24 hours.
The service is built for one job: receiving verification mail reliably. Incoming messages are routed through professionally managed mail infrastructure, so OTPs and sign-up confirmations usually land in seconds rather than minutes. Every address is receive-only, which means it cannot send mail and cannot be used to impersonate anyone, and a saved access token reopens the same inbox later instead of forcing a fresh sign-up. That receive-only model is also what keeps the service simple and safe to operate at scale.
We run Tmailor independently, without outside funding or data brokering. The core service stays free because it is lightweight by design: short-retention inboxes, no account system to maintain, and a shared pool of domains rather than per-user storage. That keeps the product fast, keeps privacy defaults strong, and removes the incentive to sell or mine user data that many so-called free tools quietly rely on.
Minh Nguyen founded Tmailor in 2022 and has operated it independently ever since. He builds and maintains the mail infrastructure behind the service, from domain management and delivery routing to the reusable access-token system, and personally develops the Tmailor apps published on the App Store and Google Play. His focus is practical: reliable OTP and verification delivery, privacy-first defaults, and keeping the core product free and simple to use. He also writes and reviews guides on this site, checking each claim against the live service before it goes out.

Privacy first
No registration and no personal data required. Your real inbox stays private and your temp addresses auto-expire.
Receive-only and safe
Tmailor only receives mail, never sends it, which keeps the service hard to abuse and safer for everyone.
Free for everyone
Core temp mail is free with no sign-up, on the web and across our iOS, Android, and Telegram apps.
Honest, tested content
Our guides are written and reviewed by real people on the team, based on how the service actually works.
Who uses Tmailor
Plenty of routine sign-ups do not deserve your real inbox. Tmailor is used by people claiming a free trial without inviting spam, shoppers grabbing one-time promo codes, gamers and forum members keeping a primary address private, and developers and QA testers who need disposable inboxes to verify accounts during testing. The common thread is simple: a quick, throwaway address for a low-risk task, with nothing to install and nothing to remember.
If a task is important enough that losing the inbox would hurt, that is exactly when we point people back to a permanent address instead. Being honest about those limits is part of why people trust the service for the cases where it genuinely helps.
How we create and review content
Everything we publish is meant to help you use temp mail well, so we hold it to the standard we would want as users ourselves. Guides are written by named authors on our team, reviewed against the running product, and updated as the service changes. We label real limitations honestly and never recommend anything that breaks the terms of the platforms you sign up for.
Written by named people
Each guide carries a real byline, not an anonymous brand voice. Authors specialize in areas like privacy, OTP and verification, or platform comparisons, and write from hands-on use of the service rather than rephrasing other websites.
Reviewed against the live product
Before publishing, content is checked against how Tmailor actually behaves: how fast inboxes receive mail, how long they last, how token recovery works, and where temp mail is not appropriate. Founder Minh Nguyen reviews the core pages for accuracy.
Updated and dated
When a feature changes, we revise the affected pages and refresh their 'Last updated' date instead of leaving stale claims live. If we get something wrong, we correct it and keep the guidance aligned with the current product.
Transparency and how to reach us
We are upfront about what temp mail is good for and what it is not. Tmailor is built for low-risk, short-lived tasks like sign-ups, downloads, and OTP checks, and we say clearly that it should never be used for banking, account recovery, or anything you cannot afford to lose. Inboxes are receive-only and clear themselves automatically, so nothing lingers after you are done.
If you have a question, a privacy concern, or a copyright or abuse report, you can reach the team through our contact page. We respond to genuine requests, act on valid abuse and DMCA notices, and never sell, rent, or share the limited contact details you choose to give us.
