These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Tmailor governing your use of our free temporary email service. In short: inboxes are shared and can be public, messages auto-delete after about 24 hours, Tmailor only receives mail and cannot send it, the service is provided "as is," and you must not use it for any unlawful or abusive purpose. Please read the full terms below before using the service.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Tmailor ("we", "us", or "the Service"), the operator of tmailor.com. By accessing or using any part of the website, apps, or Telegram bot provided by Tmailor, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information when you use the Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Tmailor provides a free temporary email service that lets you:

  • Generate a new random or custom email address instantly, with no registration required
  • Receive incoming email messages at that address and read them in your inbox
  • Reuse the same address later with an Access Token
  • Optionally create an account (with an email address and password, or with Google sign-in) to manage your address history

Tmailor is receive-only. You cannot send email from the Service, and incoming file attachments are not accepted or stored. Tmailor addresses are shared and can be public, so anyone using the same address may be able to see messages sent to it. The Service is intended for short-term receipt of mail such as sign-up confirmations and one-time codes. It is not designed for long-term storage or for confidential or secure communications.

3. Accounts and Access

You can use Tmailor without an account. If you choose to register, you can sign up with an email address and password (stored only in hashed form) or with Google sign-in. A registered account lets you view and manage the addresses you have used.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Tmailor for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. In particular, you agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in or support any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity
  • Send or attempt to send spam, phishing, or malware, or to harass or defraud anyone
  • Create accounts or receive codes in a way that violates another website's or platform's terms
  • Receive communications that are confidential, regulated, or sensitive, such as banking, government, healthcare, or other private records
  • Probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service, its security, or its rate limits, or attempt to bypass any usage restriction
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to cause harm

We may report activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

Because Tmailor addresses are shared, any message received at an address can be visible to others who use the same address. You should have no expectation of privacy for mail received at a temporary address, and you should never use Tmailor to receive anything you need to keep private or secure.

5. Availability and Data Retention

  • Messages are automatically deleted after a maximum of about 24 hours and sometimes sooner depending on system load.
  • We make no guarantee that any message will arrive, remain available, or be delivered within any particular time.
  • Addresses and domains may be changed, retired, or recycled at any time without notice.
  • Once an inbox expires, its messages are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, even for registered users. A lost Access Token also cannot be recovered.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific message, address, or domain will be delivered or preserved. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tmailor and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because Tmailor is a free service, your use of it is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tmailor and its operators from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your unlawful use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Tmailor's own breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tmailor name, website, apps, and their design are owned by Tmailor and its operators and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Tmailor name or branding except as needed to use the Service normally. Tmailor does not claim ownership of the content of emails received through the Service; any rights in that content remain with the sender or other applicable rights holders, subject to your lawful rights to access and use the messages.

10. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if the age of majority where you live is higher than 18, that you have reached that higher age. The Service is not directed to children.

11. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may revise these Terms. When we change the Terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, so please review this page from time to time.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also discontinue features, domains, or the Service as a whole at any time without liability to you.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tmailor operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where local consumer-protection laws give you additional rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
